Luxury care for your most loyal companion.
We provide grooming services for both dogs and cats. We also welcome small animals such as guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, and similar pets for nail trimming services.
We typically advise clients to allow approximately 4 hours for a grooming appointment, although many appointments may be completed in less time. Timing can vary depending on your pet’s individual needs, as we always work at your dog’s comfort level and pace.
Some pets may require additional time due to factors such as age, health conditions, anxiety, reactivity, or past traumatic grooming experiences. Our goal is to make every grooming appointment as calm, safe, and pleasant as possible for your pup.
We primarily use Opawz and Lady Liberty pet dyes. These products are specifically formulated for dogs and are non-toxic, pet-safe, and designed for professional creative grooming use. The safety and well-being of your pet is always our top priority. We carefully assess each dog before any coloring service and do not perform creative grooming on pets with skin conditions, open wounds, sensitivities, or other health concerns that may make the service unsuitable.
Grooming frequency depends on your dog’s coat type, coat length, lifestyle, and how well the coat is maintained between appointments. On average, we recommend grooming every 6 to 8 weeks to keep your pup comfortable and looking their best.
Short-haired breeds may benefit from grooming anywhere from every 4 to 8 weeks. Once your groomer meets your dog, they can recommend a schedule tailored to your pup’s specific needs and the style you would like to maintain.
Although dogs are kept separate and are not permitted to interact with one another during their visit, maintaining proper vaccination protocols helps us provide a safe environment for everyone.
For the safety of all pets in our care, we require proof of current Rabies and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations once your dog is old enough to receive them. The Distemper/Parvo vaccine (DAPP) is strongly recommended but not required at this time.
Puppies who have only received their first round of vaccinations, as well as senior dogs or pets with medical conditions that prevent vaccination, may still be groomed with a signed waiver.
Current Rabies and FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) vaccinations are required for all cats receiving grooming services. These requirements help us maintain a safe and healthy environment for both pets and staff.
We recommend scheduling appointments 1 to 2 weeks in advance whenever possible. While we are occasionally able to accommodate same-day or same-week appointments, availability can vary greatly depending on our schedule and cancellations.
Weekend appointments tend to book especially quickly, so we encourage clients to plan ahead when requesting weekend availability.
